New deleted value for inactive restaurants in partners API

The PartnerAccessExternalRep object in the partners API includes a new deleted value to indicate whether a restaurant is actively using the Toast platform. You can use this value to understand the status of Toast platform restaurant locations that are connected to your integration. For example, if a restaurant is no longer operating, or is no longer using the Toast platform, the restaurant location is inactive and the deleted value is true.
