Promo code information for discounts added in the configuration API

The configuration API now includes a promoCodes value in the Discount object and a PromoCode object. The Discount.promoCodes value holds an array of PromoCode objects that provide information about each promotion associated with a discount.
The new PromoCode object includes the identifier code for the promotion, the human-readable name of the promotion, and indicates how the promotion code can be used.
